Elisa Anchan is an associate attorney who provides legal support and guidance to Wagenmaker & Oberly’s diverse group of tax-exempt organizations and other clients. She assists clients with various legal matters, including corporate formation, governance, and tax.
Prior to joining Wagenmaker & Oberly, Elisa practiced law in Nebraska in the areas of estate, business succession, and charitable planning. In that capacity, Elisa used sophisticated wealth transfer techniques to assist in designing and executing comprehensive estate plans to achieve the client’s business, family, and charitable giving objectives. Elisa also worked for a human rights organization, International Justice Mission, at one of its overseas offices dedicated to ending slave labor.
Elisa’s experience working for a nonprofit organization and helping individuals accomplish their charitable aspirations gives her insight as she provides meaningful legal support to our clients. Her diverse background helps her to effectively and ardently serve our nonprofit clients in accomplishing their missions.
