Meredith Mittelbrun

Meredith Mittelbrun is an associate attorney who provides legal support and guidance to Wagenmaker & Oberly’s diverse group of tax-exempt organizations and other clients. Meredith assists clients through legal research on nonprofit issues, corporate formation and other development aspects, tax exemption matters, and multi-state charitable registrations and renewals.

Prior to joining Wagenmaker & Oberly, Meredith worked as a law clerk at the Chicago History Museum and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. During law school, she served on DePaul’s Law Review and as a research assistant. While in college, she was a student scholar at Chicago’s Newberry Library.

In Meredith’s spare time, she enjoys learning about ancient history, eating takeout sushi, and discussing books with her twin sister while drinking black tea.
