George Harvey
George is a paralegal working in Wagenmaker & Oberly’s Grand Haven, Michigan office. He serves in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. In his paralegal role, he assists with corporate and governance document preparation, filings, agreements, and corporate transactions. George enjoys hearing about clients’ corporate challenges and then working alongside team attorneys to develop solutions that cater to specific needs of our firm’s clients.
Prior to joining the firm, George graduated from Hope College with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration. At Hope College, George was accepted into a prestigious Finance course, where his research produced stock investment strategies that shaped Hope College’s endowment. George was also concertmaster of the Hope College Orchestra, assisted nonprofits with fundraisers and on-the-ground operations, and held several leadership roles on campus. His experiences have fostered a deep recognition of the value of nonprofits.
George also continues to perform on the violin for various church and freelance opportunities.
