Virginia Cronin
Virginia (Ginny) Cronin is an associate attorney representing churches, ministries, faith-based organizations, and other nonprofits. As a former nonprofit executive director, she deeply understands the daily demands and real-world issues facing her nonprofit clients.
Ginny uses her background experience to provide practical and legal advice, engaging with her clients as a trusted advisor. Her law practice encompasses all aspects of the nonprofit life cycle, particularly focusing on issues that emerge along the way such as employment challenges, religious freedom concerns, contract negotiations, donation issues, and crisis management. She also understands nonprofit leaders’ never-ending to-do lists and the importance of both legal compliance and best practices.
Ginny is a regular guest speaker and presenter for local and national nonprofits and ministries across the United States. She lives in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota with her husband and four children.
